Nord Minerals Reaching New Heights in Indonesia with ROITECH and ELMC

Nord Minerals has delivered the first ROITECH pump to a processing plant in Indonesia — a significant milestone made possible by a clear vision, strong engineering, and reliable partnerships.

It all began with a site visit.

Our specialists identified an opportunity to improve the performance of existing Metso MDM pumps and proposed a trial of ELMC spare parts.

The results exceeded expectations:
• Reduced wear compared to OEM parts
• Lower maintenance costs
• Consistent performance maintained

Impressed by the results, the client fully switched to ELMC parts for all compatible pumps. Currently, trials are being prepared for THOR-alloy liners for cone crushers — aiming to further reduce costs and extend service life.

The next step: ROITECH pump trial.

We offered the client a unique condition: no payment if the results don’t meet expectations. This approach reflects our confidence in the solutions we deliver.
