Nord Minerals is supplying two new ROITECH horizontal screens (models HSS1836 and HSS2448) to replace aging Vibramech equipment at a chrome ore processing facility in Central Asia.
The task required absolute precision: the new units had to fully replicate the existing ones to fit seamlessly into the site’s infrastructure.
Our engineering team delivered an exact match, while also implementing upgrades such as reinforced linings and optimized fastening systems to extend wear life and simplify maintenance.
And, with our regional support team in place, the client can count on fast, hands-on assistance throughout the lifecycle of the equipment.
Delivery is scheduled by the end of 2025, with further cooperation already under discussion.
