New ROITECH screens have been successfully commissioned at our client’s processing plant in Kazakhstan. The Nord Minerals team, together with the customer’s specialists, completed supervision and commissioning on schedule.
Previously, the plant operated Vibramech screens installed years ago. Replacing them with non-compatible equipment would have required significant reconstruction works.
Instead, we proposed a like-for-like ROITECH solution — screens fully matching the mounting dimensions of the existing equipment.

Installation went exactly as planned, without rework. During commissioning, the equipment confidently reached its design parameters and demonstrated stable operation under load.
The customer provided positive feedback on both the performance of the screens and the efficiency of the solution. We have already received an additional order for two more ROITECH screens, scheduled for delivery this spring.
