The first ROITECH screen supplied by Nord Minerals is now successfully operating at one of Indonesia’s major gold mining companies.
The customer was looking to replace an existing screen and initially considered another unit from the same manufacturer. They were skeptical about alternative brands, as any difference in dimensions could have meant structural modifications and more complicated installation.
However, Nord Minerals considered the task at hand carefully and offered a different solution at a lower cost and with a shorter delivery time. We proposed the ROITECH RT-HSS1836C horizontal screen and guaranteed that it would fit the existing installation without any modifications. Our team also committed to providing full technical support before, during and after commissioning.
To back the proposal, our specialists provided detailed technical calculations and demonstrated that the new screen would meet the required dimensions and operating parameters.
The customer trusted our solution. As a result, the screen was installed last week in just 12 hours, commissioned immediately and reached the specified capacity. The customer also reported improved dewatering performance compared with the previous screen.
The equipment is now operating as expected, marking the first ROITECH screen reference in Indonesia.
