The ROITECH pelletizing drum highlighted last month has been manufactured and dispatched to the customer’s site in Kazakhstan.
Prior to shipment, the customer visited the factory to inspect the equipment. During final acceptance, our team assembled the drum with its discharge assembly and verified the precise fit of the lining components.
The drum’s measured runout is 0.3 mm, within the standard tolerance of up to 0.4 mm. With a diameter of 3.6 m, the unit also exceeds the typical reference dimension of 2.5 m.
The project scope includes support rollers with friction rings manufactured in the EU using Continent technology. The rings were pressure-tested in accordance with the original procedure and specified lubricants.
Although pelletizing drums are not included in our standard product portfolio, our engineering capabilities and partnership with ROITECH enable us to deliver turnkey solutions tailored to specific project requirements.
We conduct quality control at every stage and assume financial responsibility for meeting the agreed performance targets.
